Flexible Rates – No deposit required, free cancelation or amendments up to 72 hours prior to arrival date.
Early Bird / Advance purchase rates – Full pre-payment required at the time of booking. 100% deposit will be processed when this rate is booked. Payments are non-refundable. Reservations can be amended once up to 14 days prior to the arrival date. If the new date chosen is at a higher rate the difference will be due at the time of amendment. Any cancellation will result in 100% cancellation fee charged.
If you have booked via a third party and not direct with the hotel, your cancellation policy with the third party is what will be applied upon cancellation.

Final room bills are payable on departure. We do not accept American Express, however all other major cards are accepted.

Architect designed and comfortably chic, the Old Quay House is a luxury hotel in Cornwall with a tremendous reputation. Lovingly restored, and overlooking the town’s attractive waterfront – it is one of the few boutique hotels in Cornwall to draw praise from all the major guidebooks year on year.
The hotel’s thirteen very different bedrooms radiate comfort and tranquillity. Most have small balconies which enable guests to enjoy the stunning views of the harbour. The waterside terrace, which is open for lunch, afternoon snacks and pre and post-dinner drinks, is the perfect place to soak up estuary life as it unfolds before your eyes. Attention to detail has been of paramount importance throughout the building’s loving restoration from derelict bed and breakfast to a luxury boutique hotel in Cornwall.

Your final bill can be settled by cash or debit or credit card. We do not accept American Express; however, all other major cards are accepted.
We recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance to protect yourself.
The hotel does not have its own car park. However, there are various carparks throughout Fowey. The Old Station Yard Car Park is about 800 yards further on from the hotel, guests can pay via the meter or on the app ‘Just Park’. There are alternative car parks available. We cannot guarantee spaces as these car parks are operated by an external company and is on a first come first serve basis.
We recommend that you drive into the centre of town, stopping outside of the hotel to drop off your bags (you are able to stop outside the hotel for up to 5 minutes and hold traffic) before proceeding to your preferred car park.
